As Anglicans, we are

  • devoted followers of Jesus Christ, who is known to us through the Scriptures (John 5:39).

  • orthodox in our beliefs, holding fast to the Nicene Creed as our rule of faith. Our communion is a faithful part of the one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church, the “pillar and ground of the truth” (1 Timothy 3:15).

  • traditional in our practice. Our Anglican heritage of prayer and worship, embodied in the 1928 Book of Common Prayer, forms us in the image of Jesus Christ.

And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. (Acts 2:42)
